The Control Panel guides you through the beMeister website and helps you to capture your Performance Data and upload them onto the Performance Center. If you have questions about the Control Panel instructions, then you get the right answers here.
The Watch that is plugged in is already assigned to another beMeister user. Please make sure that you have plugged in the correct Watch.
Maybe you have already registered yourself with a different user name. The Watch can only be assigned to one user. Therefore, please use your first account.
The Performance Sensor that is registered on your beMeister watch has already been registered by another user.
Please contact our support team so we can delet the Sensor from your watch.

If you can not install the beMeister plug-in, this can have several reasons:
1. Make sure you are not using the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer. If you do please open the 32-bit version, then you will be able to install the plug-in.
2. Make sure that the JavaScript is enabled, otherwise you won't be able to install the plug-in.
3. Make sure the Cookies are accepted, otherwise you won't be able to install the plug-in.
On your watch there is at least one Performance Sensor that is not yet assigned to a player. If you upload a session now, all data will be lost. Make sure that you assign all sensors to a player.

No data has been uploaded on the watch yet. Before you can upload a session onto the Performance Center you need to load the data from the Performance Sensor on the beMeister watch. Therefore go in the live-mode of the watch (Press the Start/Stop-button for two seconds) and press the Start/Stop-Button once again for two seconds. The upload will start automatically. Make sure the Sensor is in range and activated. If the upload does not start activate the Sensor by shaking it firmly for a few seconds.
The upload will start and after it is completet you can plug in your beMeister watch again and upload your Performance Data in the Performance Center.
The Performance Data on your Sensor has not been uploaded sucessfully. Please upload the data again.
Therefore go in the live-mode of the watch (Press the Start/Stop-button for two seconds) and press the Start/Stop-Button once again for two seconds. The upload will start automatically. Make sure the Sensor is in range and activated. If the upload does not start activate the Sensor by shaking it firmly for a few seconds.
The upload will start and after it is completed you can plug in your beMeister watch again and upload your Performance Data in the Performance Center.
