Can I insert the beMeister insole in every soccer shoe?

Yes, the beMeister insole was designed so that it fits into any standard football boot.

I’m slipping around on the beMeister insole in my boots. How can I prevent this?

Make sure that the sole is stuck in the shoe and does not slip around itself.
If you are still slipping around this could be  because of the surface-sealing of the beMeister insole. Due to production reasons the beMeister insoles are surface-sealed. The sealing degrades inbetween the first training sessions. If  you are slipping around in your shoes during the first training sessions you can easily roughen the insoles slightly (e.g. with sandpaper).

My beMeister insoles are too big for my soccer shoes. Can I somehow adjust the insoles?

You can trim the insole at at the front part with scissors.
But please note that you will lose the warranty claim for the beMeister insoles.

What can I do if my insoles are too small?

If your beMeister insoles are too small for your football boot, then we recommend you to purchase the right size in the beMeister Store.

Is there a way to combine the beMeister insoles with orthotic insoles?

Workshops for orthopedic shoe technology can integrate the Performance Sensor in orthopedic soles. Our partner therfore is Felzmann: www.schuh-felzmann.de

What do I do with the old insoles of my football boot?

Please take out the insole of your old football boots and put the beMeister insoles in your shoes. Make sure that the sensor is properly inserted into the insoles as it is shown in the Quick Guide.

What do I do if the original sole is glued into the shoe?

We recommend to remove the old sole of your football boots and replaced them with the beMeister insoles. If it is a very thin sole, you can also put the beMeister insole on top of the other sole. Make sure that you do not slip in the shoes and that the comfort is not compromised.
