My performance sensor does not work anymore. What can I do?

How often should I upload my data from the Performance Sensor on the watch?

We encourage you to upload your performance data after each training session/each game to your beMeister Watch. This prevents the overwriting of older data on the Performance Sensor.

How do I change the battery of the performance sensor?

Therefore read the beMeister User Manual (www.bemeister.com/downloads) and open the lid of the sensor with the beMeister Sensor-Opener. If you don’t have the opening tool, you can open the sensor with the help of a coin (e.g. 2-cent). Make sure that the seal ring is in its place and the  cover of the sensor is closed firmly.

My sensor got wet and does not work anymore. What can I do now?

To dry the sensor, please remove the battery and put the sensor in a dry place. If the Performance Sensor is completely dry again, put the battery in and test the Performance Sensor again. Please check that the seal ring and the lid are in place, so that the Sensor is protected from humidity.

Do I have to wear the beMeister Watch to capture my performance?

No, the sensor records the data independently of the beMeister watch. But please note that the Performance Sensor will overwrite your old data, when the storage volume is reached. To avoid this please upload your data regularly on beMeister Watch.

Can I register a second performance sensor on my beMeister Watch?

No, on the beMeister Watch you can only register per watch. Only the coaching watch of the beMeister Team System can register up to 25 Performance Sensors.

Is there a way to combine the beMeister insoles with orthotic insoles?

Workshops for orthopedic shoe technology can integrate the Performance Sensor in orthopedic soles. Our partner therfor is Felzmann: www.schuhe-felzmann.de

How do I upload data from the Sensor on the Watch?

Following the training session, you need to upload your data from the Performance Sensor to the watch. For this, the Performance Sensor must be activated, i.e. not in standby mode. To activate, simply shake it. Then go to the Live Mode on the watch, click again on the Start button for 1-2 seconds. You will see the message LOAD appear on the screen. Bring the activated Sensor close to the watch and wait until the upload has completed. The watch display will show you the upload progress by percentage. When completed, you will then have the data on your watch and you can upload it into the Performance Centre on the beMeister website. To do this, connect your beMeister watch to your PC/Mac, log in at www.bemeister.com and follow the CONTROL PANEL instructions.

Why can’t I upload the data from the Performance Sensor onto the beMeister Watch?

To upload the data from the Performance Sensor onto the beMeister the Watch the Performance Sensor must be activated, i.e. not in standby mode. To activate, simply shake it. Then in the Live Mode on the watch, click again on the Start button for 1-2 seconds. Put the sensor in the immediate vicinity of the sensor and make sure that nothing hinders the transmission of sensor and Watch. These may be objects or strong radiation of eg wireless routers.

Why is my data from the Performance Sensor not shown live on the Watch?

This can have various reasons:
• The sensor is out of the ranche of your Watch. If the sensor is back in range you will receive the updated live-data again.
• Environmental factors such as high humidity can limit the range of the sensor and affect the live data transmission. The performance data of the beMeister Performance Sensor will however still be on record and can be uploaded later.
