FAQ - beMeister Watch

How often should I upload my data from the Performance Sensor on the watch?

We encourage you to upload your performance data after each training session/each game to your beMeister Watch. This prevents the overwriting of older data on the Performance Sensor.

Do I have to wear the beMeister Watch to capture my performance?

No, the sensor records the data independently of the beMeister watch. But please note that the Performance Sensor will overwrite your old data, when the storage volume is reached. To avoid this please upload your data regularly on beMeister Watch.

Can I register a second performance sensor on my beMeister Watch?

No, on the beMeister Watch you can only register per watch. Only the coaching watch of the beMeister Team System can register up to 25 Performance Sensors.

Why can’t I upload my data from the ball on the PC?

The data ot the beMeister ball will only appear on the beMeister Watch. However, this could be possible with a future version of the beMeister ball.

Can I receive the data of a ball that is not part of my beMeister system with my beMeister watch?

Yes, all the beMeister balls are working on the same frequency, so that you can receive the data of any beMeister ball. You therefore have to activate the ball on your watch before the training session. Only one ball can be activated on the watch at the same time.

Can I subsequently add a beMeister ball to my beMeister Performance Center?

Yes, a beMeister ball can easily be used with any beMeister Watch. Just activate the ball before you start play on your beMeister watch.

How do I change the battery of my beMeister Watch?

Therefore read the beMeister User Manual (www.bemeister.com/downloads) and open the lid of the sensor with the beMeister Sensor-Opener. If you don’t have the opening tool, you can open the sensor with the help of a coin (e.g. 2-cent). Make sure that the seal ring is in its place and the cover of the sensor is closed propably.

How do I upload data from the watch onto the Performance Center?

When the upload from the Performance Sensor is completed, you now have the data on your watch and you can upload it into the Performance Centre on the beMeister website. To do this, connect your beMeister watch to your PC/Mac, log in at www.bemeister.com and follow the CONTROL PANEL instructions.
It will say: "Upload data", click on it and you will now see a preview of the captured data. 
Please adjust the start- or end-time by editing the time values. Therefore drag the Start- and End-marker to the desired position. Activate the pause-button to cut out the half-time or a break in your training session (drag and drop).
Note: There will be uploaded only units with a length of at least four minutes into the Performance Center.

How do I upload data from the Sensor on the Watch?

Following the training session, you need to upload your data from the Performance Sensor to the watch. For this, the Performance Sensor must be activated, i.e. not in standby mode. To activate, simply shake it. Then go to the Live Mode on the watch, click again on the Start button for 1-2 seconds. You will see the message LOAD appear on the screen. Bring the activated Sensor close to the watch and wait until the upload has completed. The watch display will show you the upload progress by percentage. When completed, you will then have the data on your watch and you can upload it into the Performance Centre on the beMeister website. To do this, connect your beMeister watch to your PC/Mac, log in at www.bemeister.com and follow the CONTROL PANEL instructions.

Why can’t I register my ball on the Watch?

Perhaps there is too much pressure on the ball so that the sensor does not respond when you are pressing the ball. Please release some air out of the ball and try again.

My watch does not work anymore. What can I do?

When the watch stopped working and the watch doesn’t show anything anymore, then please exchange the battery of your Watch. The battery change should be performed by a qualified technician who should also check the condition of the gaskets and the O-ring at the same time.
The replacement battery has to fullfill the requirement of the original battery.

The display of my watch is frozen. How do I get the watch running again?

Then go on the beMeister website and contact the beMeister support at the Service Center (www.bemeister.com/service/service-center) All you need to do is to register in advance, because the service center is only visible for registered users.

How do I set the time beMeister the Watch?

The time of the watch can be set manually. In the user manual (www.bemeister.com/downloads), you can find a detailed and illustrated guide, explaining the various modes of the Watch.
However, the beMeister Watch synchronizes with your PC during every upload in the Performance Center. So that your watch and your computer have the same time and date.

Why can’t I upload the data from the Performance Sensor onto thr beMeister Watch?

To upload the data from the Performance Sensor onto the beMeister the Watch the Performance Sensor must be activated, i.e. not in standby mode. To activate, simply shake it. Then in the Live Mode on the watch, click again on the Start button for 1-2 seconds. Put the sensor in the immediate vicinity of the sensor and make sure that nothing hinders the transmission of sensor and Watch. These may be objects or strong radiation of eg wireless routers.

How often should I upload my data from the Watch into the Performance Center?

We recommend you to upload your data after each game onto the Performance Center. The beMeister Watch stores multiple units but has a limited storage, so that eventually no more data can be uploaded from the Performance Sensor on the beMeister Watch.
