Press the “Start/Stop”-Button untill you are in the Live-Mode. Then swap the modes with the “Up” or “Down”-button untill you are in the “Ball”-Mode. Now press the ball with both hands for at least 1-2 seconds and shoot the ball within the next 10 seconds. The combination of pressing and kicking activates the ball. You have to reactivate the ball before each training session.
Perhaps there is too much pressure on the ball so that the sensor does not respond when you are pressing the ball. Please release some air out of the ball and try again.
The data ot the beMeister ball will only appear on the beMeister Watch. However, this could be possible with a future version of the beMeister ball.
The beMeister ball has a product life-time in the active mode of about 100 hours. With an average use of about one hour per week, the ball can be used about of two years. But even afterwards the ball can still be used as a normal football, but won’t provide live data any more.
The beMeister Ball has nearly zero battery consumption in standby mode. So if you don’t activate the ball (combination of pressing the ball for 1-2 seconds and a shot on goal) the ball will be in stand-by-mode and have a minimum battery consumption. Only activate the ball when you use the watch to messure the shot power and spin of the ball.
No, the beMeister soccer ball meets all specific requirements of a ball, such as diameter, weight, pressure, ... Many commercial footballs have a counterweight on the opposite side of the valve to optimize the flight characteristics. In the beMeister ball this weight is replaced by the Performance Sensor, which captures the data and sends it to the Watch.
