Can I order beMeister from all over the world?

Yes, all beMeister products can be ordered at the Online-Store on bemeister.com and will be shipped worldwide.

I can not download the beMeister Plug-In. What can I do?

If you can not install the beMeister plug-in, this can have several reasons:

1. Make sure you are not using the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer. If you do please open the 32-bit version, then you will be able to install the plug-in.

2. Make sure that the JavaScript is enabled, otherwise you won't be able to install the plug-in.

3. Make sure the Cookies are accepted, otherwise you won't be able to install the plug-in.
