The founding of IMPIRE AG in 1988 resulted in one of the largest independent football service provides in Germany. Our clients include all of the major TV stations, prestigious publishing houses, internet service providers, mobile phone companies and almost all Bundesliga clubs, as well as numerous international clubs.
Our services include comprehensive sports data provision (including the largest Bundesliga database in Germany), editorial services, and match and performance analysis services for football. We currently employ 65 full-time and 180 part-time staff. Our offices are located in Ismaning (near Munich), Hamburg, Karlsbad and Innsbruck (proFILE GmbH). 

Cairos technologies AG - IMPIRE AG parent company

Cairos Technologies AG, a privately-owned stock corporation founded in June 2000, is perhaps best known for its Goal Line Technology. In December 2007, the magnetic field-based Goal-Line Technology (GLT system) was successfully tested at the FIFA Club World Cup in Japan. In addition to Goal Line Technology, Cairos technologies AG developed a video-based tracking system (VIS.TRACK) that is able to track all players and the ball reliably in real time. VIS.TRACK has been comprehensively adopted across the German Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2.
